Are Seasons 1-5 of ‘The Good Fight’ on Netflix?

The Good Wife has entered its fifth season. The legal drama is still receiving rave reviews from critics all over the globe, but it can sometimes be difficult to stream the series. The Good Fight, like The Good Wife can't and won't be available on Netflix anywhere in the world.

The legal drama is both a spinoff and a sequel to The Good Wife, which was wildly successful on CBS.

This series was first broadcast in 2017. It was also one of the main titles for CBS All Access (now Paramount+), which was the streaming service that was launched back then.

Cush Jumbo stars Christine Baranski and Rose Leslie as well as Erica Tazel, Erica Tazel, and Erica Tazel. The latest season of the series, Season 5, has just begun dropping every week. There is also a sixth season in development.

So as you’ve probably guessed by now, The Good Fight is not available on Netflix anywhere in the world both domestically or internationally. Let’s break down why, whether that will change, or where you can stream instead.

It is worth noting that The Good Wife was once available on Netflix in many countries around the globe. This has changed since Netflix removed the show from some Netflix regions in 2019.

Why isn’t The Good Fight on Netflix US

We’ve already covered this above a little but basically, ViacomCBS wants you to subscribe to Paramount+ to watch and therefore, is not licensing out the title to other providers.

This is a general trend we’ve seen from ViacomCBS in recent years and we don’t expect it to change substantially anytime soon.

Is The Good Fight available internationally?

The Good Fight is not available on Netflix International and there hasn't been a ViacomCBS-owned streaming service that was launched in other countries. Where can I stream it instead?

The Good Fight sold to Amazon Prime in the UK, even though it was originally on Sky. With that said, they don’t have the full collection. Only three seasons had been available at the time this article was published.

The show can be streamed in many regions, including the United States. The show can be shared in Australia between Prime Video and Stan, as an example.

However, you might find that other broadcasters are airing the series as well. For example, More4 in the UK has broadcast rights.
