Kaguya-sama: Love Is War is a romantic-comedy anime based on the manga of the same name. In 2015, the manga's first chapter appeared in Miracle Jump. The second was published in Weekly Young Jump in 2016. The manga has 144 chapters and is still being written. Most notably the anime series has become huge on social media after Kaguya’s “how cute” was memed, not to mention the end credits dance has also become an online craze within the anime community.

Kaguya Shinomiya, and Miyuki Schirogane are the most intelligent students in the elite academy. They are both members of the school council and this is what makes them elite among the elite. As time passes, the couple have become more infatuated. However, neither of them will admit to their love. The genius couple are too proud to admit their love, so they wage war against each other to get a confession.

Is Kaguya-sama: Love Is War on Netflix US?

Unfortunately for fans wishing to stream the popular anime series won’t be able to on Netflix. The reason why Netflix doesn’t have the license to stream Kaguya-sama: Love Is War is because it is currently with FUNimation or Crunchyroll. You will need to subscribe to one of these services to be able to watch Kaguyasama: Love Is War. You can either subscribe to FUNimation for $5.99 per month (first month free), or purchase an annual plan for $59.99. Crunchyroll subscriptions cost $7.99 per month. There is currently no English dub, but it will be available on Funimation in the coming year.
