Is Season 1 of ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets’ on Netflix?

Certain things will remain the same in life, such as water, sky, and Japanese authors who will continue to produce Harem series. The Quintessential Quintuplets is a harem-anime that has enjoyed high popularity in 2019. Sadly, it’s not available to stream on Netflix. Here’s why.

A Japanese anime series called The Quintessential Quituplets, it is inspired by the manga Negi Haruba. Serialization of the manga began in August 2017 and it wasn’t long before the series fan following exploded. Two years after its initial publication, Tezuka Productions released an anime adaptation in January 2019.

Futaro Uesugi, a gifted high school student, excels in academic challenges but is deeply in debt to his family. When the Nakano family transfers to Futaro’s high school, an opportunity to make money presents itself. Five beautiful Nakano Quintuplets are terrible at school and have poor grades. Futaro faces a difficult task when he's hired as their tutor.

Why isn’t season 1 of The Quintessential Quintuplets on Netflix US?

Crunchyroll North America holds the licensing for The Quintessential Quituplets. FUNimation also has it.

This doesn’t come as a surprise due to the fact that Crunchyroll and FUNimation are the main streaming services for anime in the US.

A subscription to FUNimation is required for the English Dub. Crunchyroll subscribers will be required if they prefer Sub to Dub.

Netflix: Will the Quintessential Quintuplets be available?

This question can be answered because of the licensing system. While it isn’t impossible it more improbable instead.

FUNimation and Crunchyroll have a fierce hold on anime in the US and that isn’t going to change anytime soon.

Do other countries have The Quintessential Quintuplets available on Netflix?

Japan is the only country that can stream The Quintessential Quituplets on Netflix.

You will need to subscribe to Crunchyroll UK or FUNimation.

Canada has the same rules as the US, UK and Canada. You will need a Crunchyroll subscription or FUNimation subscribe.

FUNimation isn’t available to Australian anime fans. Crunchyroll subscribers will be able to view The Quintessential Quintuplets.
