With the fall line-up of K-Drama content in full swing, we can now look ahead to Netflix’s upcoming winter K-Dramas coming soon. The first announced is the highly exciting Bulgasal: Immortal Souls, and below we’ll be keeping track of everything you need to know, including the plot, cast, trailers, and the episode release schedule.
Bulgasal: Immortal souls, a upcoming international Netflix Original K-Drama, is directed by Jang Young Woo and written by Kwon So Ra and Seo Jae Woo. The Guest, a 2018 horror series that featured both screenwriters in collaboration was created by the pair.
At the time of writing Bulgasal: Immortal Souls is the first of Netflix’s winter lineup of K-Drama content.
Mydramalist has confirmed that Bulgasal: Immortal Souls' first episode will be available on Saturday, December 18, 2021.
There will be 16 episodes in total. Every week, two new episodes are available for streaming on Sundays and Saturdays. Bulgasal: The Immortal Souls will air for eight weeks. The finale will air on Sunday February 6, 2022.
The episode run time has been confirmed at approximately 60 minutes.

Dan Hwal, 600 years ago, while serving as a military officer under the Joseon Dynasty, is transformed into a bulgasal. This mythical creature is cursed with immortality and is forced to eat human blood. A few hundred years later Dan Hwal meets Min Sang Woon who is a former bulgasal and has been reincarnated as an human. Her life of secrecy now in danger Ok Eul Tae is another bulgasal who has lived an immortal life of acquiring wealth. He uses this fortune to manipulate politicians and businessmen and media making him one the most influential figures in Korea.
