Sweet Tooth, a Netflix Original Fantasy-Drama Series, is based on Jeff Lemire's DC Comic Book of the Same Name. The original order for the series came from Hulu, but it was re-ordered by Netflix after nearly two years of development.

Robert Downey Jr., his wife Susan Downey and the filmmaker Susan Downey make up the other two executive producers of the series. The Original was produced by Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment. Which makes it all the more surprising that the drama didn’t end up on HBO Max.

Gus, a young hybrid named after Jepperd ventures from his forest sanctuary to seek answers with Jepperd.

Where and when did Sweet Tooth get produced?

In July 2020, principal photography was started in New Zealand despite strict travel restrictions imposed by the pandemic. Filming was resumed after a brief delay and concluded around mid-December 2020.

How many episodes is Sweet Tooth on the TV?

The first season will contain eight episodes, it has been confirmed.
