Charlize Thon, from Atomic Blonde (Executive Producer), used her production companies Denver and Delilah Productions for the production. She also plays a key role in the movie. The Old Guard, Charlize Theron's first Netflix Original, is also her debut role. She was previously an executive producer for the Mindhunter series.

Where and when was filming for The Old Guard done?

Principal photography started in May 2019, and was done in several European locations.
