‘The Movies That Made Us’ Season 2 Coming to Netflix in July 2021

After airing an exclusive holiday season in 2020, The Movies That Made Us returns for its second season. New season will feature four more movies that you grew up with. Here’s when the new season drops and what movies are set to be covered.

The Movies That Made Us is a series by the same people as The Toys That Made Us, which has now three seasons on Netflix.

Every episode focuses on a different Hollywood film to reflect back. Interviews with crew members who worked on each film help to piece together their production and legacy.

Home Alone has been shown in both the Christmas and season 1. Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters Dirty Dancings, Die Hard, Elf, Nightmare Before Christmas, Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters, Die Hard, Elf, and Die Hard have all been seen.

In February 2020, the second season was announced for development.

Now it’s time for a batch of another four episodes which will include comprehensive looks at:

• Jurassic Park (1993), directed by Steven Spielberg, starring Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum.
• Back to the Future (1985), directed and starring Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Lea Thompson
• Pretty Woman (1990), directed by Garry Marshall, starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere as well as Jason Alexander.
• Forrest Gump (1994), directed by Robert Zemeckis, starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright.

These four episodes, which will run approximately 45 to 50 minutes each, are set for release on Netflix worldwide on July 21st 2021.

Written by Benjamin J., the series is directed and produced by Brian Volk-Weiss. Frost and Volk Weiss are also involved. The series is produced by Nacelle Company. They are also currently working on Down to Earth with ZacEfron, a docuseries about travel.

The show's producers have also worked hard to produce a documentary about vintage toys stores in the United States.
