Where and when did The Woman in the Window get produced?

Filming began principal photography in New York City on August 6, 2018, and ended two months later, October 30, 2018.

As IndieWire's Joe Wright explained in January 2021, there were some reshoots.

There were some plot points that people found a bit confusing I would say possibly too opaque maybe. So we had to go back and clarify certain points, but I think also we tried to make sure we didn’t oversimplify anything and make things too clear. There’s an enjoyment in not knowing what’s going on, but at the same time, you have to give the audience something to hold on to you have to lead them through the labyrinth of mystery and fear.

Some audiences were confused by the first screenings, so reshoots were necessary.

How long does The Woman in the Window run?

The movie is expected to run for 100 minutes.

How do you rate your parents?

The Woman in the Window is not recommended for young children. This would translate to a rating of 15 in the United Kingdom.
