Netflix will be streaming a new interactive show this Halloween. Subscribers will be able to control the tag team-trio in collaboration with WWE as they try and escape the haunted home of WWE legend The Undertaker. Escape the Undertaker is coming to Netflix in October 2021, here’s everything we know so far.
Escape the Undertaker will be a new interactive Netflix Original and collaboration with the WWE. The upcoming special will officially be the second Original from the WWE, the first being the children’s movie The Main Event which premiered on Netflix in 2020.
Netflix and the WWE confirmed Escape the Undertaker would be available for streaming on Netflix starting Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
Netflix has provided a synopsis of the interactive special:
The Undertaker has set a trap for the decorated tag team The New Day at his mansion. What they don’t know: The Undertaker’s mansion is an extreme Haunted House, packed to the brim with supernatural challenges. It’s up to viewers to decide the fate of these three poor souls trying to survive the wrath of The Undertaker.
Four WWE stars have been confirmed for the interactive special at the time this article was written.
The interactive special features the fan-favorite, trombone-toting, pancake-eating tag team trio The New Day (Kofi Jamaican, Big E and Xavier Woods).
The Undertaker will be prominently featured as The New Day attempts to escape from his haunted house.
We may be able to see the evil Doink the Clown or The Boogey Man due to the scary theme of the interactive special.
