License Agreement

Please read the terms of this License Agreement carefully before using flixdown.com. This is a legal agreement between you and flixdown.com (operated by FABTECH SOFTWARE INC., 418 BROADWAY STE R ALBANY, NY 12207, New York, United States). By accessing or using the flixdown.com AI image processing service — including background removal, old photo restoration, and image enhancement tools — you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your flixdown.com subscription without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to discover the source code of any flixdown.com software, AI models, or services. You may not use flixdown.com as part of any facility management, timesharing, service provider, or service bureau arrangement. You may not use the service in any manner not expressly permitted by this License Agreement.

By uploading images through our AI processing service, you agree to use the service and its output solely for your lawful personal or business purposes. Processed images may be subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, re-upload, republish, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit content in violation of applicable intellectual property laws or the rights of the original content owner.

The flixdown.com service is licensed, not sold. A valid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the AI image processing service — including background removal, old photo restoration, and enhancement tools — for the duration and within the limits of your selected plan. A free tier may be available with daily usage quotas; sustained or large-scale processing requires an active paid subscription. You may not resell, repackage, or use the service to build a competing product or service.

In no event shall flixdown.com be liable to you for any damages, claims, or costs (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the AI image processing service. The foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized representative of flixdown.com. We may provide service updates with additional or modified terms, but flixdown.com is under no obligation to provide any specific updates or new features.

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and flixdown.com and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations, and communications relating to the service. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, or warranty not expressly set out in this Agreement. flixdown.com reserves the right to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement. All materials contained in the flixdown.com website and AI image processing service — including web pages, page structure and design, AI models, software, graphics, and all other content — are the copyrighted property of FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. Any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, mirroring on third-party servers, or other use in any form is strictly prohibited without express written permission from FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. reserves all rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized use.
